Blesspace is founded by Mr. Lee and his wife, Jenny Sin, who share a passion for creating better homes for families.
With over 20 years of renovation experience in Singapore, Mr. Lee leads projects on-site, bringing practical expertise and quick solutions to common issues in older homes such as mould, cracks, and space constraints.
Jenny, originally trained as a chemist, later discovered her calling in interior design and is now a certified interior designer with the Singapore Interior Design Accreditation Council (SIDAC).
Together, they continuously upgrade their skills and stay inspired through ongoing training and international design exhibitions, ensuring every project is delivered with professionalism, creativity, and care.

Our expertise is solve the problems from root cause. especially in renovating resale properties, addressing complex issues with extensive technical knowledge. Founder Mr. Lee has over 20 years of experience in Singapore's construction and renovation sector, including projects like Punggol Waterway, school constructions, wet markets, and the HDB Home Improvement Program. He has led teams of over a 100 workers. His dedication includes frequent site visits and progress updates to ensure quality.
