Where It All Began
Established in 2017, Blesspace began with a simple mission —
helping friends renovate their homes.
When a friend purchased a resale house and needed technical advice, Mr. Lee stepped in to help.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in Singapore’s construction and renovation industry,
he offered practical solutions that soon led to a simple recommendation:
“Why not help me with the renovation too?"
From A Favour To A Calling
What started as a small gesture quickly grew into something more meaningful.
As word spread and referrals increased, our passion for transforming spaces deepened.

Experience Meets Design
Blesspace is led by husband-and-wife team Mr. Lee and Jenny Sin.
With decades of hands-on renovation experience, Mr. Lee oversees every project on site, solving technical challenges with confidence.
Jenny, a certified interior designer (SIDAC), brings creativity and thoughtful planning to every space.
Together, they combine craftsmanship and design to deliver homes that are both functional and beautifully finished.
